Brandon & Jennifer Austin

Their journey started with worldly ambition, but God had other plans. Both were shaped by Calvinism in the Lutheran Church early on. They met soon after high school and, after an unusually long courtship, married — then spent their early adulthood chasing worldly desires and climbing the corporate ladder, which left them empty and certain there had to be more.

They returned to church, and the search led them to Beloved, where they encountered the agape love of God and covenant family. There they've grown in faith and Scripture, and their faithful serving opened the door to leading the Young Adults group. Their heart is to walk with young adults through life's challenges and celebrate God's goodness together.

"It is such an honor to serve in the Kingdom of God. I look back and see His goodness chasing me through every season. It is my prayer that the Lord can use me to show others the authentic Jesus."

The Austins enjoy traveling, walks, and good food — and their favorite place to visit is the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum in Kentucky.
